Oscar W. has had a varied and successful career, beginning in 2013 when they were employed by Adobe as Global Sales Operations & Strategy. Oscar then moved to Apple in 2014 as Corporate Retail Finance, and in 2015 they worked for both H&M as North America Retail Expansion and Google as GTM, Greater China & YouTube, GTM, Grow with Google, and Global Marketing Strategy & Operations. In 2021, they were Chief of Staff at Aurea Software and in 2022 they worked for both Gold House as Head of Platform, Gold House Ventures and Comity as Growth.

Oscar W. has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, which they received with a full-ride scholarship. Oscar also has an MBA from The Wharton School in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Operations Management. Additionally, they participated in the Wharton-INSEAD Fontainebleau France Exchange program for the 21J Class at INSEAD. Oscar W. also studied Economics at the University of Cape Town and Freie Universität Berlin.
