Manish Patel, RN, BSN, CCM

Manish Patel, RN, BSN, CCM has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. Manish began their career in 2012 as a Case Manager for Home Health Care at Ritestep Rehab Solutions. In 2015, they moved to Reverence Home Health & Hospice as a Case Manager for Home Health Care. In 2019, they joined Molina Healthcare as a Supervisor of Healthcare Services, providing direction, coaching, and guidance to the Care Management/Transition of Care team. Manish also evaluated performance of team members, provided employee development and recognition, and assisted with selection, orientation and mentoring of new staff. In 2022, they assumed the role of Manager Utilization & Care Management at Gold Kidney Health Plan.

Manish Patel, RN, BSN, CCM has a diverse educational background. Manish obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2006. Manish then attended Wallace State Community College - Hanceville, where they earned an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2011. Manish subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Jacksonville University in 2016. In addition to their educational background, Manish Patel is a Board Certified Case Manager (CCMC) since 2020 and an MCG Certified Case Manager (MCG Health) since 2022. Manish is also a Registered Nurse (State of Michigan) since 2012.
