Ralph Hromisin

Ralph Hromisin is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in strategic financial leadership. Currently serving as CFO of Martz Bus since April 2020, Ralph is a key member of the Executive Committee and has effectively guided the company through financial challenges during the pandemic. Prior to this role, Ralph operated as an Independent CFO Services Consultant from October 2016 to March 2020, focusing on corporate strategy, capital planning, and performance management for small to middle market companies. Previously, Ralph served as CFO for DeAngelo Brothers, Inc. from October 2007 to September 2016, where the role included enhancing profitability and liquidity while securing financing. At Benco Dental Co., Ralph was the first CFO and played a pivotal role in financial leadership and strategy from November 2001 to October 2007, and earlier at RCN Corporation, Ralph held the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing accounting policies and financial reporting. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, awarded Summa Cum Laude from King's College.
