Farida Limpoco

Farida Limpoco, PMP, POPM, currently serves as the Director of IT - Applications at Gold Medal Bakery since September 2024. Prior to this role, Farida was the Senior TECH Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries from December 2019 to August 2024, specializing in business operations and digital transformation across multiple markets. Farida has extensive experience at Unilever, where roles included IT Strategy & Change Manager and Global Deployment Manager, contributing to significant IT governance, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Farida holds an MBA from De La Salle University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines. Further professional development includes completion of the Chief Technology Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education.
