Lloyd Willis has worked at Aerial Endeavors since 2017 as a pilot. Prior to that, they worked at Gold Mountain Communications starting in 2013, initially as a sales representative, and later as a sales manager beginning in 2015.

Lloyd Willis attended Missouri State University from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies. lloyd did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2017, they obtained a certification in FAA Part 107 from the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam).
