Willie Lyons has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Willie started their career at SONIC Drive-In in 1997 as a Manager and remained in that position until 2001.

Willie then joined MCI in 2001 as a Supervisor Level 3, leading a sales team in the winback campaign. Willie successfully managed all aspects of the team's business and consistently achieved sales quotas, often ranking in the top three and even securing the top spot.

In 2006, they moved to Bell Industries and took on the role of Manager of Sales and Cancellations. In this position, they oversaw a department consisting of five teams and approximately 15 representatives per team. Willie also supervised five supervisors and was responsible for driving various business indicators and ensuring customer satisfaction.

After their time at Bell Industries, Willie joined CTA as a Site Manager in 2007. Willie held this position until 2009 when they transitioned to Chase as a Team Lead. At Chase, they continued to excel in leadership and team management.

Willie joined Trolleys in 2010 as a Bartender/Bar Manager, where they remained until 2014.

In 2012, they joined Gold Mountain Communications as a Sales Representative and quickly moved up to become a Team Lead. Willie later held positions as a Shift Manager, Operations Manager, and eventually Senior Sales Manager.

Throughout their career, Willie has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent sales performance, and the ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Willie Lyons started their education in 1997 at Willow Springs where they completed a High School Equivalence Certificate Program. After that, they attended Missouri State University from 2000 to 2009, where they obtained an Associates degree in Communication, Political Science, and Business.
