SBS, JP, PhD, aged 84, has been appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director since 1995. Dr Lui is currently an honorary chairman of The Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association, an honorary president of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong, an honorary Chairman of The Federation of HK Shandong Community Organizations and an Advisor Professor of Shandong University, China. He is also a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Dr Lui is currently the managing director of Keystone Electronics Co. Ltd. He is also an independent non-executive director of AV Concept Holdings Limited and L.K. Technology Holdings Limited, both are listed companies in Hong Kong. He obtained his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the University of New South Wales, Australia and the University of Saskatchewan, Canada respectively.
