Alberta Soranzo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and design leadership. Currently serving as VP of Design, Experience, and Research at Elsevier, Alberta has also held key positions such as VP of Global Customer Experience at Sage and Global Head of Customer Experience at Vodafone Business. Furthermore, Alberta is a founding member of the Design Leaders Community and has played significant roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Transformation Design Director and E2E Service Design & Systems Thinking Director.
