Simon Holt is a seasoned professional in the publishing industry, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Content Accessibility at Elsevier since June 2013. Previously, Simon held various strategic roles at Elsevier, including Head of Central Strategies for Content Acquisition, where a focus was placed on improving the efficiency and inclusivity of content acquisition teams, and Disability Confidence Manager, working to integrate disability inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle. Additional experience includes leading teams as Senior Publisher and Publisher for microbiology journals, as well as a proven track record in acquisitions as an Associate Acquisitions Editor. Prior to Elsevier, Simon worked at Routledge and AtHeart Publications, gaining a strong foundation in editorial processes and project management.
