Prior to that, Brenda was the Warranty Manager at Sewell Village Cadillac Company, Inc. from March 1986 to May 1995, successfully submitting warranty repair claims to GM and contributing to the establishment of a new paperless system for repair history. Brenda's educational background includes studies at Stratford Career Institute and Eastfield Community College in Texas.
