Ashleigh Joseph is an accomplished leader in micro-business development with extensive experience in partnership management and organizational operations. Currently serving as the Micro-Business Development Manager at Gold Youth Development Agency since February 2022, Ashleigh provides visionary leadership to advance youth education and upbringing in Africa. Prior to this role, Ashleigh held various positions at Partners Worldwide from 2012 to 2019, including Regional Partnership Manager and Partnership Manager, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans, fostering partnerships, and implementing effective business models across multiple countries. Ashleigh also chaired the Board of AfricaWorks Zimbabwe in 2018 and served as Regional Programs Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at AfricaWorks from 2009 to 2016, contributing to budget management and program oversight. Ashleigh began a career in volunteer work with World Relief in 2008, documenting program successes. Ashleigh's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Cape Town.
