Norbert Elsner

Norbert Elsner has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sector, currently serving as Leiter Integrale Planung at GOLDBECK since January 1997, overseeing a team of approximately 300 employees across two locations in Bielefeld and Hamburg. Previously, Norbert held the position of Leiter Tiefbau, managing the technical and personnel coordination of the civil engineering division, and worked as Projektmanager Tiefbau, where responsibilities included the development of process optimizations and construction concepts. Prior to GOLDBECK, Norbert was involved in construction management at Oevermann from 1993 to 1997, focusing on the coordination of large construction projects in civil and road engineering. Norbert's educational background includes a Diplom in Bauingenieurwesen from OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts and vocational training in masonry at Hans Finke GmbH.
