Elexis Dauernheim

Elexis Dauernheim has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2012. Her first job was as a Floor Sales, Retail employee at Handmade & More in 2012. Elexis then worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Yankee Store Clubhouse in 2013. Later that same year, they began working as a Bartender/Server at Applebee's. In 2015, they worked as a Bartender/Server and Server at Patina Restaurant Group. In 2016, they began working as a Server at Blue Smoke and Jazz Standard. In 2018, they moved to Union Square Hospitality Group, where they worked as an Employee Services Coordinator. In 2020, they returned to Blue Smoke and Jazz Standard, this time as a Catering and Events Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Corporate Gifting Specialist at Goldbelly.

Elexis Dauernheim received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Musical Theatre from SUNY New Paltz between 2008 and 2012. Elexis also attended Kingston University in 2010. Additionally, they have certifications from ABC Bartending School for Alcoholic Beverage/Controlled Substances Course and from the American Heart Association for First Aid, CPR, AED for infants, children and adults.
