Josh Hicks has a diverse work experience. Josh began their career in 2012 as a Cashier/Barista at Aroma Espresso Bar, where they were responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and receiving payment. In 2015, they held the role of Counter Staff & Custom Cake Coordinator at By The Way Bakery, where they took custom cake orders and maintained the cleanliness and presentation of the store. That same year, they also held the role of Content & Social Media Outreach at MyFreeConcert, where they kept the website up-to-date, reached out to venues, and updated social media. In 2017, Josh became a Customer Happiness Associate at Baked by Melissa, where they managed a high volume of incoming customer phone calls and emails, completed customer orders, and communicated with the Shipping and Delivery teams. Finally, in 2018, Josh joined Goldbelly as a Merchant Operations Associate, Customer Experience Team Lead, and Customer Support Specialist.
