Marcus Shaw (TS/SCI)

Marcus Shaw is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in managing and leading cybersecurity operations and engineering initiatives. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity SME and Cybersecurity Operations and Engineering Team Lead at Goldbelt Hawk, LLC since April 2019, Marcus specializes in national-level exercises and enterprise architecture development. Prior roles include Penetration Test Team Lead at Insight Global, where Marcus led penetration testing efforts and developed new testing procedures, as well as serving as a Senior Cyber Analyst for the Navy Red Team, coordinating high-level cyber test events. With a solid foundation in cyber network defense from previous positions in the Navy and Special Operations Command, Marcus has accumulated extensive knowledge in network security, system administration, and team leadership throughout a career spanning over a decade. Marcus is actively pursuing education at Western Governors University, with additional studies completed at various institutions, underscoring a commitment to continuous professional development in cybersecurity.
