Katharine Martin

Katharine Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Katharine started their career as a Macro/Micro Economics Tutor at SIUE in 2011, where they designed and led lectures, organized study groups, and created lesson plans. Katharine then worked as a Host Team Lead at TGI Fridays from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Katharine joined Veniti Medical as a Quality Intern, where they trended nonconforming material reports, maintained standards library, and provided support in document control and clinical functions. Katharine also worked as a Lab Assistant at SIUE's Biology Department during the same period.

From 2013 to 2014, Katharine served as the Lifestyles Editor for The Alestle, a publication of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. During this time, they gained experience in content editing and management.

In 2014, Katharine joined Gold Biotechnology, Inc. as a Scientific Content Writer. Katharine wrote product descriptions, website updates, blogs, and social media posts. Katharine also introduced writing styles such as AMA, ACS, and AP to ensure consistent and professional writing. Later, they transitioned into the role of Marketing Director at the same company, focusing on positioning their team as area experts and delivering high-level output.

In 2016, Katharine volunteered as a Tutor at the Essential Playzone Tutoring Center, providing academic support to students.
