Thomas Rowland has a diverse work experience. Thomas began their career at Medicis in 2011, where they worked as a Sales Operations Support, analyzing sales data to track trends and increase revenue. In 2014, they joined MassMutual and held various roles including Investment Services Specialist, Business Acceptance Consultant, and Call Center Director. In these positions, Thomas focused on optimizing business processes, implementing quality assurance programs, and providing leadership to deliver top-level customer service. Since 2019, Thomas has been working at GoldBook Financial as the Agency Supervisory Officer and currently serves as the Director of Life Sales.
Thomas Rowland graduated from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the General Securities Representative certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2014, followed by the General Securities Principal, Registered Options Principal, and Municipal Securities Representative certifications in 2015. Thomas'smost recent certification is the Municipal Securities Principal obtained in 2016.
