Fernando Carvajal

Fernando Carvajal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and research. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at GoldCare since September 2014, Fernando oversees Enterprise Product Management and application maintenance while implementing Agile methodologies across multiple teams. Previous roles at GoldCare include Senior Software Development Manager and Development Manager, where Fernando managed teams of varying sizes and contributed to the enhancement of existing applications. Earlier experience at Campana Systems Inc. and Marathon Sports involved data integration, reporting, and support for JDE systems. Fernando holds multiple degrees, including an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Escuela Politécnica Javeriana del Ecuador and certifications from Oracle University.
