Brooke Wade has extensive experience in customer success and event management. Brooke currently works at Goldcast as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Hopin as a Customer Success Manager from September 2021 to November 2022.

From 2008 to 2021, Brooke worked at the California Hospital Association as a Manager of Meetings & Multimedia. Before that, they worked at Total Sports Entertainment and TSE GameTime, where they served as a Senior Consultant/Account Manager/CSM.

Brooke also has experience in the sports industry, having worked at the Peoria Chiefs Minor League Baseball Club as a Consultant/Interim Director of Game Operations and at the Arizona Coyotes as a Manager of Event Presentation. Earlier in their career, they served as the Game Entertainment Manager at the Sacramento River Cats Minor League Baseball Club.

Brooke Wade holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Television, Film, and New Media from San Diego State University. In addition, Brooke Wade has obtained a certification in Mastership in Customer Success for Impact from Winning by Design in July 2022.
