Vicki Tapp

Vicki Tapp has extensive experience in commercial management and product development within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Golden Acre Foods Ltd. since 2019, Vicki previously held a Commercial Manager position at Petty Wood & Co. Ltd., focusing on drinks and confectionery for the multiples, convenience, and on-trade markets from 2016 to 2018. Vicki's earlier roles at Petty Wood included Commercial/Brand Manager, where strategies for over 30 brands were developed, and Product Development Manager, which involved re-branding and new product development with a significant SKU count. Prior experience includes a Product Manager role at Fox's Biscuits and two career breaks. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Chemistry from the University of York and A Levels in maths, physics, and chemistry from Chichester College.
