Joh By is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital innovation, data science, and transformation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Digital Innovation and Transformation Manager at PT SMART Tbk and the Digital Innovation & Data Science Manager at Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) since March 2019, Joh has previously held positions at EY as a Senior Consultant and Data Scientist, and conducted a data science internship at Converge International. Joh's expertise encompasses data management, predictive modeling, and the development of data visualizations using tools such as R, Python, and Tableau.
