Matthew Asma

Matthew Asma is a versatile professional with extensive experience in culinary arts and education. As the owner and chef of Hub Cap Munchies, LLC since March 2019, Matthew operates a vegetarian-friendly food truck. Concurrently, Matthew serves as a Training and Development Specialist at Golden Artist Colors since January 2016, and previously taught as an Adult Education Instructor at DCMO BOCES from January 2008 to December 2016, leading a job skills training program for adults. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a Community Health Educator at Planned Parenthood of South Central NY from May 2000 to December 2008, facilitating educational programs across a four-county region. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in the same field from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
