Jacob Burich

Jacob Burich is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Technician - LOS Administrator at GEM Mortgage, Inc since September 2023. Previously, Jacob worked as a Junior Salesforce Developer at Bitwise Industries, where custom functionalities were implemented in Salesforce and testing and debugging of applications were led. An apprenticeship at AlphaWorks under Bitwise Industries allowed Jacob to function as a Salesforce Administrator, customizing applications and generating reports to enhance data-driven decisions. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Bookhounds, overseeing employee performance and customer relations, and as a Crew Member at McDonald's, handling customer orders and food preparation. Jacob is an alumnus of Bakersfield College.
