Gordon Pangeran Napitupulu

Gordon Pangeran Napitupulu serves as the Project Engineering & Business Development Division Head and Senior Project Management Expert at PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk since October 2013, overseeing feasibility studies, engineering designs, joint venture negotiations, and coordination with government authorities and licensors. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Engineer and Engineering Manager at BP Castrol Indonesia, where equipment integrity and maintenance practices were supervised, and as Project Engineer at PT Kaltim Prima Coal, leading project teams and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Gordon also held project engineering positions at PT Multi Fabrindo Gemilang and PT Grand Kartech, managing teams and coordinating with clients and inspectors on various mechanical engineering projects. Gordon earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2004.
