Helen Listiani

Helen Listiani has gained extensive experience in the field of human resources throughout their career. Helen started their journey at Insight Unlimited Production House in 2008, where they worked on marketing promotion, focusing on programs that combined advertising with purchase incentives to increase sales. Helen then moved on to PT Astra International Tbk, where they held various roles, including Human Capital Analyst and Talent Management Supervisor. In these positions, they spearheaded initiatives related to competency assessment, leadership pipeline development, and performance management. Following this, Helen joined Kanmo Retail Group as the Recruitment & Learning Department Manager, responsible for staffing and recruiting support within the organization. Helen then transitioned to Gift Card Indonesia, where they served as the Head of Human Resources & General Affairs. In this leadership role, they developed organization strategies, implemented human resources strategies, and maintained the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions. Most recently, Helen worked at PT Golden Energy Mines and Sinarmas Mining as a Human Resource Operation Dept Head and a Human Resources Business Partner, respectively.

Helen Listiani began their education at Tunas Karya Highschool in 2001, where they graduated in 2003 with a degree in Science Class. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2003 for their Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
