Lukman Kristanto

Lukman Kristanto has extensive experience in corporate human resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. From 2008 onward, they served as the corporate Human Resources Head Division and later as the Corporate Human Resources Director at Sinarmas Mining. During their time at Sinarmas Mining, they were responsible for developing and implementing the corporate human resource strategy, providing HR management advice and expertise, and ensuring the alignment of human resource activities with the organization's strategy.

Prior to that, Lukman worked as the Corporate Human Resources Director at PT Indomobil Group from 2006 to 2008, where they also played a key role in developing and implementing the corporate human resource strategy, providing HR management advice, and driving HR organization development.

Before joining PT Indomobil Group, Lukman held the position of Corporate Human Resources Director at Pt Mulia Group (Property) from 2004 to 2006.
