Raouf Fawzy Zahra

Raouf Fawzy Zahra is a seasoned Network Engineer currently employed at Golden Engineering Contracting Co. (GTEL) since February 2020, where responsibilities include operational support for network issues, monitoring network availability, and configuring Cisco routers and switches, as well as implementing Fortinet UTM Firewall solutions. Prior to this position, Raouf served as a Network Support Engineer at Wipro from January 2016 to February 2020, focusing on the installation and configuration of network components and maintaining VLANs and FortiGate Firewalls. Raouf began the professional journey as a Technical Support Engineer at TE Data from September 2014 to November 2015, providing first-line customer support for network-related issues. Raouf holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at Menoufia University, completed in 2013.
