Gregory Shane Hale has a comprehensive work experience in the field of IT and security. Gregory Shane has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their expertise and knowledge.

Hale started their career as a Regional Desktop Support Manager at Risk Management Alternatives, where they managed IT operations and provided support to multiple offices. Gregory Shane then served as a System Administrator and Apprentice Web Developer at Ruesch Media Group, where they configured desktop images and managed web server and database patching.

Hale later became the Director of Information Technology at Tuacahn Center for The Arts, leading the IT team and providing guidance to executives and board members. Gregory Shane also established budget plans, project plans, and technical support for point-of-sale systems.

After that, Hale worked as a Senior Solution Engineer at NetEffect, IT Built for Business, analyzing client requirements and developing project plans. Gregory Shane also played a key role in updating internal QA standards for misconfigured client systems.

Hale then founded their own company, Advansecure - Advanced Security Consulting, where they worked as an Information & Network Security Consultant. Gregory Shane assessed client network security protocols, disaster recovery policies, and crisis management plans, and provided technical solutions to enhance security measures.

Next, Hale joined Cash Factory USA as an IT Security Manager, where they proactively assessed potential risks, developed reports, and implemented security solutions such as web filtering and firewalls.

Hale's most recent role was at Golden Entertainment, Inc., where they held multiple positions. Gregory Shane started as a Senior Systems Engineer, leading enterprise-wide IT projects such as DNS configuration, system migration, and end-user migration. Gregory Shane then became a Senior IT Security Engineer, leading the SECOPS team and ensuring the integrity of the company's IT infrastructure. Currently, Hale serves as a Lead Engineer - I.T. Threat Hunter, where they find and remediates threats and vulnerabilities.

Throughout their career, Hale has demonstrated their expertise in IT security, systems engineering, and project management. Gregory Shane has mentored team members and established training programs to enhance the skills of their colleagues.

Gregory Shane Hale obtained a high school diploma from the Modesto Unified School District from 1983 to 1987.
