David Rivera

David Rivera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the transportation sector and military service. Since November 1994, David has held multiple leadership roles at the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District, culminating in the position of Deputy General Manager for the Bridge Division. David's military service spans over two decades with the United States Army Reserve, where responsibilities included Detachment NCOIC and Platoon Sergeant within the 368th Military Intelligence Battalion and other units. David graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
