Lisette Arellano is a seasoned professional in ecology and community science with extensive experience in program management and education. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy since September 2017, Lisette leads the One Tam Community Science team to enhance the ecological health of Mount Tamalpais through diverse initiatives in research, monitoring, and public engagement. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Merritt College, Partnership Programs Assistant Coordinator at Denver Museum of Nature & Science, and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado. Lisette has earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's Degree in Ecology, Evolution, and Marine Biology from UC Santa Barbara.
