Lop Y. Hou

Lop Y. Hou, CPA FCCA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Golden Gate Regional Center since September 2014, overseeing the financial objectives of an organization exceeding $500 million and managing its administrative infrastructure. Previously, from August 2013 to March 2022, Lop led the Northern California Chapter of ACCA, a prominent global organization for accounting professionals. Additional experience includes roles as Controller for the San Francisco Boys Chorus and Regional Center of the East Bay, managing financial operations for organizations funded by the State of California. Lop's career also includes a tenure as Senior Audit Manager at Lautze & Lautze, where responsibilities involved client management and internal control system development, and as Audit Senior in the UK. Lop holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of West London.
