Serena Villanueva

Serena Villanueva is an accomplished IT Media Service Specialist at PlayStation since September 2021, where responsibilities include supporting and testing over 200 meeting room technologies and conducting daily inspections of conference rooms. Additionally, Serena has worked as a Personal Aid at the Golden Gate Regional Center since May 2018, providing assistance to an adult with autism by organizing and addressing individual needs. Serena's career began with a role in the intensive job training program TILL, affiliated with Year Up, where professional skills were developed. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco, complemented by earlier education at City College of San Francisco and St. Ignatius College Preparatory.
