Kate Wilkes

Kate Wilkes has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Kate is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, East Bay at Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales for Marin & the East Bay at the same company from 2022 to 2024. Before joining Sotheby's, Kate worked as a Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from 2017 to 2022, where they played a key role in establishing the company as the top residential real estate brokerage in the US. Kate also held the position of District Manager at Coldwell Banker in 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager/Realtor at Engel & Völkers from 2016 to 2017, a Manager at RE/MAX Gold from 2015 to 2016, and a Team Leader at Keller Williams from 2004 to 2015. With their extensive experience and leadership roles, Kate Wilkes has established a strong presence in the real estate industry.

Kate Wilkes attended Ohio University from 1989 to 1992, where they studied English Literature, Art History, and History. Kate has also obtained additional certifications including Certified Negotiations Expert from the National Association of REALTORS® and a Licensed Real Estate Broker from the Ohio Association of REALTORS.
