Sally Cook

Sally Cook has extensive experience in contract management, currently serving as a Contracts Manager at HPI FEDERAL LLC and Golden Key Group, LLC since 2020 and 2019 respectively. Prior roles include Sr. Principal Contract Analyst at CA, Inc. since 2011, where Sally managed GSA contracts and developed corporate compliance procedures. Additionally, as Sr. Director of Contracts at GTSI Corp. from 2000 to 2010, Sally integrated contract negotiations and administration while overseeing significant government contracts. Educationally, Sally holds a BS in Marketing from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
