Adam Zeiss has extensive experience in database marketing and analytics in the casino and entertainment industry. Adam began their career in 2004 as a Lead Auditor at Harrah's Resort Southern California, where they created revenue reports and supervised staff. Adam then worked at Viejas Casino & Resort from 2005 to 2013, holding roles such as Reporting and Analytics Manager and Income Audit Supervisor. At Viejas Casino & Resort, they were responsible for various marketing functions and provided input into promotions to increase profitability. Zeiss then joined American Casino & Entertainment Properties in 2013, where they served as a Corporate Database Marketing Analyst and later as a Database Marketing Solutions Manager. Adam drove significant change through process revisions and campaign redesigns, leading to increased profits. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Database Marketing at Golden Nugget Las Vegas, where they oversee the database marketing department and plays a crucial role in forecasting and producing pro formas for casino marketing events and promotions.
Adam Zeiss earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College between 1998 and 2001. Adam then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from California State University San Marcos, graduating in 2003. Later on, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from National University, completing their studies in 2009.
