Akshay Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market risk management and quantitative analysis across multiple sectors, including LNG, energy, and finance. Currently serving as Market Risk Manager at Golden Pass LNG since December 2021, Akshay has contributed to building the risk organization and enhancing risk visibility. Prior roles include Strategy Researcher at UXS, where Akshay conducted opportunity sizing and competitive analysis, and Manager of Quantitative Analysis at Washington Gas, focusing on M&A investments and market intelligence. Previous positions at GE Capital, Calpine Corporation, and The Williams Companies involved leading modeling, analytics, and technology teams, as well as enhancing trading and risk management systems. Akshay holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and advanced degrees in Computer Applications and Mathematics from Jai Narain Vyas University.
