Hien Dao

Hien Dao has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hien is the founder of Golden Path Academics Vietnam, an education organization aimed at preparing Vietnamese youth for global academic and professional environments. In 2014, Dao founded Rockit Online, an education company focused on providing English language programs to college students, adult learners, and corporate employees across Vietnam. Prior to these ventures, they worked as a Senior Consultant at UPD Consulting and served as Director/Policy Advisor at The City of New York Office of the Finance Commissioner. Hien Dao also has experience working in the public sector, including roles as a Senior Analyst at the Office of the Mayor, New York City, a Financial Services Reporter at Bloomberg News, and an Assistant Reporter at The Associated Press.

Hien Dao holds a Master's degree in Political and Economic Development from Harvard University, obtained from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Hien Dao also obtained a Master's degree in Journalism from Columbia University, completed in 1997 to 1998. Furthermore, Hien Dao has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, acquired from 1990 to 1994.
