Kate Lee Butler has been working in the media industry since 2005. Kate Lee began their career at The Associated Press as a Business Development Director, where they revamped sales and membership account management and developed strategy and marketing for AP services. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President/Customer Engagement and Vice President/Membership & Local Markets. In 2020, they joined Adweek as Head of Editorial Product & Engagement, where they grew audience engagement, subscriptions and revenue. In 2019, they began working as a Consultant and in 2022, they became the Chief Content Officer at Golden Peak Media: Creative Enthusiast Network, where they lead a team of 35+ content producers and designers across platforms.
Kate Lee Butler obtained their BA in Economics from Wellesley College and was a Davenport Fellow at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
