Iris Fujiura

Iris Fujiura is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in both the aerospace and investment sectors. Currently serving as Chapter Chair Emeritus and Managing Director at Golden Seeds since March 2018, Iris focuses on supporting women-led start-ups. In addition, Iris acts as a Global Ambassador for Westfield Business School, providing resources and advice while promoting the MBA program. Previously, Iris held various executive roles at Lockheed Martin from 1989 to 2017, including Vice President for Protected Communications and Advanced Extremely High Frequency programs, as well as leading significant manufacturing and communications initiatives. Iris is also a Sloan Fellow from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where an MBA in Innovation and Global Leadership was earned, following a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Washington State University.
