Laura Baldwin

Laura Baldwin serves as the Managing Director at Golden Seeds, a national angel network dedicated to investing in women-owned and -led companies, while also being a member of the Dallas regional leadership. Additionally, Baldwin is the President of Waco Bend Asset Management, Ltd., where investment opportunities for a family office are reviewed and evaluated. Previously, Baldwin held various roles at Triad Hospitals, Inc., including Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations and Director of Corporate Finance, managing communications with investors, developing company strategy, and overseeing financial analysis. Earlier experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan Securities and PaineWebber Incorporated in investment banking and research. Baldwin earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from SMU Cox School of Business and a BA in Business and French from The University of Texas at Austin.
