Laura Davis

Laura Davis has extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Co-Chair of the National Health Care Group and Managing Director at Golden Seeds since December 2014. Laura also holds the position of Board Observer at Concerto Biosciences. Previously, Laura was a member of the Board of Directors at Day Zero Diagnostics, Inc. from May 2017 to December 2018. Academic contributions include serving as an Assistant Professor at Brandeis University’s Rosenstiel Center and Duke University Medical Center, where Laura was also recognized as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Assistant Investigator. Laura completed postdoctoral research at the Whitehead Institute and received prestigious fellowships as a Helen Hay Whitney Fellow and Lucille P. Markey Scholar. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Rockefeller University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from UC San Diego.
