Kathryn Yoder has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kathryn began their career at Indiana University as a Mathematics Associate from 2001 to 2004. Kathryn then worked at Doble Engineering as a Laboratory Assistant, where they performed analysis of electrical transformer oils and handled various administrative tasks, from 2003 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2006, Yoder served as a Contract Scientist at Adecco Technologies. Kathryn'sresponsibilities included developing HIV Protease Inhibitor TDM assays for Roche instruments and participating in validation teams.
Yoder then joined Roche Diagnostics in 2006 as a Research Scientist in the applications group. During their time there, they led product performance testing on new Oral Fluids assays, completed various testing projects, and served as a lead technologist.
In 2011, Yoder transitioned to Labs Inc as a Laboratory Technologist. Kathryn was responsible for conducting immunology and microbiology testing on organ donors and recipients, including complex procedures such as HLA typing, PRA testing, and flow cytometry cross-matches.
Currently, Yoder is employed at Golden Software as the Head of Customer Success, a role they have held since 2015. Kathryn'skey responsibilities involve designing and maintaining hiring and training processes, championing the company's vision and goals, building and coaching a customer success team, and providing exceptional service to their scientific clients.
Kathryn Yoder received their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University in 2004. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Certified Histocompatibility Technologist (CHT) from the American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI).
