Jessica Head has extensive experience in marketing and communications, having worked in the field since 2011. Jessica began their career as a Public Relations/Event Coordinator for Main Street Searcy in 2011, followed by a role as Public Relations/Marketing Manager for Harding Campus Activities Board in 2012. In 2013, they became an Account Executive for Crosswind Media & Public Relations, where they managed accounts involving executive positioning, media strategy & media relations, crisis & issues management, employee engagement, marketing strategy, digital and social media. From 2014-2015, they held the role of Communications Director for both ChristianWorks for Children and CK Family Services, where they were responsible for account planning and production of the organization's digital, social, and print communications. In 2016, they became the Marketing Director for Photomadic, where they led integrated marketing and communications strategy to increase experiential and event marketing agency partnerships. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Communications & Brand Engagement for The Venture Center, where they planned and produced multi-day tech events with 500+ bankers and investors in attendance. In 2019, they became Marketing Director for Endeavor, where they led national marketing and event initiatives to maximize Endeavor U.S. brand, including launching “The Multiplier Effect” podcast. Her most recent role is as Marketing Director for Golden Spiral, which they began in 2023.
Jessica Head attended Harding University from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations.
