Jocelyn Langford

Jocelyn Langford has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Jocelyn began their career as a Project Manager at Fish SEO, where they worked to liaise between clients and web developers to ensure deadlines were met and clients were pleased with their websites. In 2018, they moved on to become a Content Writer at Overstock.com, where they wrote and edited articles for the company's blog, Tips and Ideas. Jocelyn then held two roles in 2019, first as Social Media Marketing Manager at Bryan White Photography + Art, where they created and managed the content calendar for all organic marketing efforts, and then as Director of Content Development at Averr Aglow Skincare, where they managed a team of 6 to create organic content for all social media platforms. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Client Engagement at Joseph Studios, where they managed a portfolio of nearly 60 clients, increasing their portfolio value by 50% and reducing churn by 10%. Finally, in 2022, they took on the role of Account Director at Golden Spiral.

Jocelyn Langford attended Brigham Young University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
