Thomas Montagnese has over 17 years of professional experience. Thomas began their career in 2004 as a Service Technician for Brandt Construction, Inc., where they specialized in the building and maintenance of both in-ground and above ground pools and spas. Thomas then worked for the National Park Service from 2008-2011 as a Maintenance Mechanic, where they worked with a partner on the Current River to clean the river of debris and acquired boating skills including river navigation. In 2011, they returned to the National Park Service as a Maintenance Mechanic, where they had regular duties such as cleaning and maintaining campgrounds and beach, building new decks for the ranger station, installing Rom-Tech Portable facilities, installing underground septic systems at the new ranger station, and building and repairing boardwalks and signs. Thomas also operated heavy equipment including bobcats, forklifts, dump trucks, and front-end loaders. In 2013, they worked for Chrysalis Vineyards as an Assistant Manager, where their duties included opening and closing, conducting wine tastings for groups of up to 25 people, selling VIP Club memberships, scheduling groups and VIP birthdays, preparing and receiving purchase orders for the tasting room, making regular bank runs, reconciling the POS transactions at the end of each day, inventory, taking orders for wine purchases and safeguarding that those purchases were shipped out properly. Thomas then worked for Bridgestone as a Service Manager from 2013-2016. In 2016, they worked for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Store Manager. From 2017-2019, they worked for NuCar Consulting as a Senior Account Manager, where they managed a portfolio of 27 clients with a total value of more than $1.3 million. From 2019-2022, they worked for Surefire Local as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist. Currently, they work for both Joseph Studios and Golden Spiral as a Director of Digital Strategy, where they oversee and designs strategies for each supported department in alignment with client needs and the other subscriptions each client may have based on client need, industry trends, and customer personas. Thomas also coordinates and reports on results and KPI’s at the end of each month, and enables the client's customer success manager with the information they need to enable and support their portfolio of clients.

Thomas Montagnese holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Kent State University and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Wilmington University. Thomas has also obtained certifications from GoLeanSixSigma.com and Google, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in August 2022, a Google Ads Search Certification in November 2022, and a Google Display Ads Certification in November 2022.
