Bright Kwasi Adu-Ayim

Bright Kwasi Adu-Ayim is a skilled mining engineer with extensive experience in mine planning and operations. Currently serving as a Mine Planning Engineer (Short Term) at Golden Star Resources Ltd. since April 2012, Bright is responsible for overseeing daily production reports and collaborating with mining personnel to develop weekly mine plans and schedules. Previous roles include Mining Engineer Trainee at Golden Star (Bogoso/Prestea) Limited, where responsibilities spanned the Geology and Exploration Departments, and a Mining Operations Control Room Engineer at Golden Star Resources Ltd. prior to that. Bright also completed an internship at AngloGold Ashanti, gaining experience in mine ventilation and underground development. Bright holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology.
