Crcm Tom Ragusa

Tom Ragusa, CRCM, has over 20 years of experience in compliance and risk management in the banking industry. Tom is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Director of Compliance at Golden State Bank since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Citizens Business Bank as the Senior Vice President of BSA from May 2021 to April 2022.

From February 2016 to May 2021, Tom held the role of Senior Vice President, Compliance and Risk Manager at American Business Bank. Before that, they served as the Senior Compliance Manager at FIS from March 2012 to February 2016.

Tom's earlier experience includes being the First Vice President of Risk, Compliance, and BSA at 1st Capital Bank from May 2010 to May 2012 and the VP Compliance Officer at Charter Oak Bank from January 2009 to April 2010.

Tom'scareer began at Pacific Valley Bank, where they held various positions including SVP Chief Risk Officer from May 2007 to September 2008, VP Risk Management and Compliance from May 2005 to April 2007, and VP Operations Administration and Compliance from September 2004 to April 2005.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated expertise in compliance, risk management, and BSA, making significant contributions to the organizations they have worked with.

Tom Ragusa, CRCM completed their education with a focus on Business Management at Chaffey College from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Louisiana State University between 1986 and 1988.
