Charley Huggett

Charley Huggett has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design. They have held various leadership roles in companies such as Golden State Foods, Whirlpool Corporation, IDEX Corporation, and Schneider Electric. In their most recent position as Senior Director, Human Resources at Golden State Foods, Charley is responsible for leading and championing talent management strategies. Prior to that, they served as the Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at Golden State Foods and Whirlpool Corporation, respectively. Charley also held roles as Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director at Golden State Foods and IDEX Corporation, respectively. Additionally, they have experience in talent management, HR project management, and recruiting. They started their career as an HR intern at IDEX Corporation.

Charley Huggett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and History from Miami University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources certification from Depaul University in 2013.
