Charles Gao

Charles Gao is an experienced professional in business strategy and analytics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Strategy and Analytics at the Golden State Warriors since June 2017. Over the years, Charles has progressed through various roles in the organization, including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant in the same field. Prior to this role, Charles gained valuable experience as a Quantitative Equity Research Analyst Intern at Fidelity Investments and held positions in management consulting at Accenture, assurance at Ernst & Young, and as a Financial Analyst Intern at Amazon.com. Charles holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, earned between 2015 and 2017, and also has academic credentials from the UW Foster School of Business.
