Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta is an accomplished legal professional with substantial experience in business legal affairs, currently serving as Director of Business Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel for the Golden State Warriors since July 2021. Gupta previously held the position of Associate Counsel with the San Francisco 49ers from June 2019 to July 2021 and worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2015 to May 2019, having also been a Summer Associate at the same firm and at Cooley LLP. Early in the career, Gupta demonstrated leadership as Team Leader at City Year Detroit and held various leadership roles in college organizations at the University of Michigan. Gupta holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
